Director of Property Management Services

Kathy comes to us with over 20 years of managerial experience and holds a Florida Real Estate Brokers license. She most recently held a position of Regional Director managing a Property Management Division consisting of 6 offices, 24 property managers and 6 support staff with a portfolio of 2000 single family rental homes throughout 10 counties across the state of Florida. Kathy holds an ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) Certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is currently a member of the Advisory Board of Directors with FARPM (Florida Association of Residential Property Managers). Kathy is the proud mother of William, currently serving as a United States Marine Corps Embassy Guard in Santiago, Chile. In her spare time she enjoys ballroom dancing and motorcycle riding with her husband, Saverio as well as playing with Mojo, their cherished Pembroke Welsh Corgi.

Business Development Manager

Pete comes to All American Management with a great background including a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Florida Southern College. Pete is a former Florida Highway Patrol Sergeant. He is currently active in the Florida Highway Patrol Reserve. Pete handles new clients and current owners. Pete's experience with all facets of society serves him well in his position as Business Development Manager.

Client Coordinator

Dawn, a native of Great Britain, graduated from London's Trinity Business College prior to relocating to Florida with her husband. Dr. Bernard Ivey, and two daughters, Karren and Julie, in the early 1960's. Dawn completed her real estate training at Rollins College in Winter Park and has been licensed in real estate for the past 30 years. Dawn has been a member of the AAM Team for more that 17 years!

Leasing Consultant

Born in Venice, Italy, Clara came to the United States to work in the Italian Embassy and moved to Orlando in 1957. She has worked in real estate buying, selling and leasing for more that 14 years. Prior to that she worked for local TV station. In addition to English, Clara is fluent in Italian as well as some French and Spanish.

Customer Care Manager

Marci comes to AAM with an extensive background in customer service and uses this experience to assist both owners and tenants. Marci handles prospective tenant calls, arranges showings, and responds to day-to-day issues from owners and tenants.

Administrative Assistant

With more than 6 years of customer service experience, Andrea joined AAM in 2004 to assist Dawn Ivey and Amy Goodwin. She is a graduate of Valencia Community College, and is married with two children.

Property Inspector

Meghan joined our company in 2006 as a Property Reviewer. She came to us with a BS degree in Residential Housing from the Florida State University. Before Meghan joined our team, she was a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) for student housing and multi-family housing communities. We are proud to have Meghan as part of our property management team.

Yolanda brings over 30 plus years of property management experience to All American. Yolanda started in Multi-Family Housing in 1974 as an Assistant Manager and has held the positions of Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Tax Credit Compliance Director. Yolanda is a State of Florida Notary Public and a member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association. Yolanda is a licensed Realtor. Yolanda is the proud mother of Christopher Patrick who served in the Air Force and is now a working in the medical field in the Orlando Area.

Jane brings 16 years of property management experience to All American Management, having completed an earlier career of 22 years as a nurse. Excellence in customer service is second nature to Jane and is perfect for managing single-family, multi-family, and condo properties. In addition, Jane continues to maintain membership in both FARPM, Inc. and NARPM property management organizations.

In her spare time, Jane enjoys spending time with her husband and grandchildren as well as swimming and gardening.

Luanne has over 10 years experience in Property Management. She has managed large apartment communities throughout the Orlando area and has also managed the Southeast division of a Corporate Housing company headquartered in Washington D.C. working with Fortune 500 companies. She holds a CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She loves European art and history and has traveled extensively throughout Europe.

Janet comes to AAM with over 25 years of administrative and extensive customer related service. She is a State of Florida Notary and a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. She currently is an active member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association and the Osceola County Association of Realtor, Inc. Janet is a native Floridian and enjoys her free time traveling and spending time with her family and children of two.

Juli comes to AAM with over twelve years of residential property management experience. She began her property management career in multi-family housing in 1995. She holds a Florida Real Estate license, is a member of FARPM (Florida Association of Residential Property Managers) and holds a CAM (Certified Apartment Manager). She also has an associate's degree in Liberal Arts. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing at the beach and spending time with her family and friends.
